Cacao Cake
This is a simple Cacao Cake for starters that can be extended to taste
Ingredients

3 mid size eggs

1.5 cup sugar

1 cup sunflower seed oil or 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

1 cup milk

2 cup flour
-
1/2 cup cacao
-
1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda
Steps

Whisk eggs and sugar. Add oil/butter and milk and keep whisking

Add all remaining ingredients with spatula until all mixed

Oil/butter the cake pan and spread the cake batter

Preheat oven at 180ºC/360ºF and bake for ~40 mins.

From time to time check the cake by stabbing a knife to it and see if there is any batter when you pull it
