Mosaic Cake

It is a no cooking, low effort dessert for summer. Make it, put it in the fridge and cool down

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar (not topped)
  • half package biscuits
  • 15gr cacao powder/Chocolate milk powder

Steps

  • Put the warm milk in a bowl
  • Add sugar and mix till most of the sugar melts
  • Add biscuits and let them sogg
  • Keep adding crashed biscuits and waiting until it loses its watery texture
  • Add cacao and mix until all of the mixture gets a dark color
  • Cool in the fridge (not freeze) for 15 mins and serve

Notes

  • Read legend for any term you are unsure about
  • Type of biscuit changes the taste and amount needed experiment with different types
  • If biscuits already have sugar adjust the amount you add
  • My favorite is baby biscuits (and no sugar) with Nesquik Chocolate Milk Powder replacing cacao
