Simple Pudding
Simplest of pudding types that can be extended and scales well with number of people
Ingredients

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp sugar

1 cup milk
Steps

You can multiply ingredients depending on the number of servings

Put a souce pan (or any deep pan) over mid heat

Put sugar and flour in the pan and mix stir them with a spatula

If sugar starts to melt or it starts to get yellow/brownish add milk

Stir until the mixture is viscous enough that you can see the bottom of the pan when stirring

Turn off the stove and keep stirring for 1-2 mins so bottom does not burn from preheat

You can add vanilla or lemon zest (see legend) but add them after milk
